is a blueprint...
a program of fitness for Every Body to build strength, increase flexibility,
work aerobically and anaerobically, and ENJOY the workout!!!
As a group, we use yoga mats, bare feet and good music to work on
our cardio system, muscular system, and joy system.


FUNdamental Fitness is just that...
a FUN, total-body workout that brings power, stamina,
and intensity to your 45 minutes.
We like to build a slow heat inside, as we prepare to flow in
yoga poses, squats, lunges, core-work... and then flow yoga again...
moving into
SPLASH intervals that
increase your metabolism for hours after a workout.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:15-9:05 am

Sundays 4:30-5:30 pm

Beginning Level 1 FUNdamental Fitness

​Fridays 9:30-10:30am 

Includes: Basic Yoga. Breathing. Lite weights Balance. 60’s Music!

Bring: Yoga Mat


Gentle Flow Yoga

​Sundays 4:30-5:30 pm

Bring: Yoga Mat


Your first class is free.
Come and see how you like it.
Bring your own mat, if you have one. If not, no problem. We have extras.
Bring water. No shoes.
